UNESCO Granada Literature Residency 2025 for International Students:
Applications are invited to apply for the UNESCO Granada Literature Residency 2025 in Spain. All International Applicants are welcome to apply for the UNESCO Residency program. The goal of this program is to invite writers and literary translators from any country to take part in a one-month International Writers’ Residency Program in Granada, Spain. Also, apply for Mandela Impact Forum MIF 2025 in South Africa (Fully Funded).

The UNESCO Literature Residency is a fully funded one-month residency program. The program will run from November 3 to December 2, 2025. “Granada UNESCO City of Literature,” as designated by UNESCO, is a unique literary destination. This program is run by Granada’s City Council (local government) and the University of Granada. There is no application fee, and all costs are reimbursed.
The University of Granada is a public university in Granada, Spain, that was founded in 1531 by Emperor Charles V. With almost 60,000 students, it is Spain’s fourth-largest university. Granada UNESCO City of Literature, a program run by the Granada City Council’s Department of Culture in collaboration with the University of Granada, is seeking applications from writers and literary translators living in any country and writing in any language for the International Writers in Residence Programme in Granada (Spain). - Applicants must have at least two published works (fiction, nonfiction, poetry, etc.) to be considered.
