UNESCO 3rd Global MAB Youth Forum 2026 for International Students:
Applications are invited to apply for the UNESCO 3rd Global MAB Youth Forum 2026 in Italy. Applicants from all around the world are welcome to apply. For the chosen cohort of 200 participants, there is no application fee and all costs are paid. Food, lodging, and some travel expenses will be paid for by UNESCO. The UNESCO Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Program will involve about 200 participants from all over the world. “Committed to the Future We Want” is the theme of the third Global MAB Youth Forum. It demonstrates MAB Youth’s renewed dedication to tackling biodiversity loss, climate change, and sustainable development and is in line with the Hangzhou Strategic Action Plan (2026–2035). Consider MAB as an international association for “Nature Parks where people live.” While most parks ban visitors in order to preserve animals, MAB parks work to maintain the happiness and well-being of both people and animals.
An important step toward increasing youth involvement in UNESCO’s Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Program is the third Global MAB Youth Forum. The subject of the third Global MAB Youth Forum is “Committed to the Future We Want,” building on the themes of the 2017 and 2019 events. It demonstrates MAB Youth’s renewed dedication to tackling biodiversity loss, climate change, and sustainable development and is in line with the Hangzhou Strategic Action Plan (2026–2035).
