Indonesia is making big changes to its entry process for international travellers. Starting September 1, 2025, the country will begin rolling out a new digital arrival card called “All Indonesia.” At first, it will only be required at the international airports of;

• Jakarta (CGK)
• Denpasar-Bali (DPS)
• Surabaya (SUB)

However, starting from October 1, 2025, the requirement will expand to every international airport in the country.

What is the “All Indonesia” Arrival Card?

The arrival card is a digital form that all international travellers must complete in addition to their visa (e-VoA, e-Visa, or visa-on-arrival). It brings together checks from immigration, customs, health, and quarantine into one system, replacing the separate processes used before.

Rollout Schedule

• September 1, 2025: Launch at Jakarta (CGK), Bali (DPS), and Surabaya (SUB) international airports.
• October 1, 2025: Expansion to all international airports, including Medan, Makassar, Manado, Komodo, and Sumatra.
• Land and sea border posts may also join the system starting October 1.

How to Complete the Form

Travellers can submit the arrival card online up to three days before entering Indonesia. The process is free and applies to everyone, including Indonesian citizens. The form can be filled out via:

If you forget to do it in advance, you can still enter Indonesia. On arrival, travellers will need to scan a QR code at the airport and complete the card online before clearing customs and immigration.

If you arrive at an airport or port not yet covered, you’ll still need to submit the SATUSEHAT health pass and complete the e-CD customs form. Once ‘All Indonesia’ is active nationwide, these steps will be merged into the single platform.

Completing the form before your trip will save time. Passengers who wait until arrival may face longer delays at CIQ (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine) checkpoints while their details are processed.
