Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing low-cost airline, flyadeal, is finally entering the Indian market with regular scheduled flights. As per an announcement by the airline, starting 1 July 2026, it will operate daily nonstop flights between Riyadh and Hyderabad, offering travellers another budget-friendly option between India and Saudi Arabia.
The move marks a major step for flyadeal, which until now mainly operated special Hajj and Umrah charter services from India.
Daily Riyadh to Hyderabad Flights Begin July 1
For many travellers, especially Indian expats living in Saudi Arabia, this new route could mean cheaper fares and more flight choices on one of the busiest travel corridors in the region.
Hyderabad becomes flyadeal’s first destination in India, but not the last. The airline has confirmed that another Indian city will be announced soon as part of its wider India expansion plans.
flyadeal Riyadh-Hyderabad Flight Schedule
flyadeal’s new daily nonstop service between Riyadh and Hyderabad will begin on 1 July 2026. The route will be operated using Airbus A320 aircraft, with flights taking around 5 to 6 hours each way.
| Route | Flight No. | Departure | Arrival |

| Riyadh to Hyderabad | F3 665 | 23:20 | 06:50 (+1) |
| Hyderabad to Riyadh | F3 666 | 07:55 | 11:05 |
Tickets for this new route are already on sale through the airline’s website, mobile app, and travel agencies.
Why Hyderabad Matters for Saudi Airlines
Hyderabad has become one of India’s biggest technology and business hubs over the last decade. Global tech companies, startups, aerospace firms, and defence industries have all expanded heavily in the city.
At the same time, Hyderabad also has deep cultural and religious connections with the Gulf region, particularly Saudi Arabia.
That combination makes the city an attractive market for airlines targeting:
- Indian workers and expats
- Business travellers
- Religious pilgrims
- Budget-conscious tourists
- Students and visiting families
The city is also well known for landmarks like Charminar, one of India’s most famous historical monuments.
flyadeal Expands Beyond Pilgrim Flights
Although flyadeal has flown Indian pilgrims to Saudi Arabia in recent years during the Hajj and Umrah seasons, this is the first time the airline will run regular scheduled commercial flights between the two countries.
According to the airline, India is a key part of its long-term international growth strategy.
Its parent company, Saudia Group, already has a long history in India through sister airline Saudia, which has served the market since the 1960s.
Now, the group wants to target both premium and budget travellers by using two different airline models:
- Saudia for full-service international travel
- flyadeal for low-cost travel
What Travellers Can Expect Onboard
The Hyderabad route will be operated using Airbus A320neo aircraft with 186 all-economy seats. Passengers can expect:
- USB charging ports at every seat
- Larger overhead luggage bins
- Modern Airbus Airspace cabin interiors
- Budget-friendly fares
The airline currently operates a fleet of 46 Airbus A320 family aircraft.
Saudi Arabia and India Air Travel Is Growing Fast
The launch reflects growing travel demand between India and Saudi Arabia, driven by tourism, jobs, business ties, and religious travel.
Saudi Arabia has also been rapidly expanding its aviation sector under its Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to turn the Kingdom into a major global travel and transit hub.
flyadeal already flies to several international destinations across:
- United Arab Emirates
- Egypt
- Jordan
- Turkey
- Pakistan
- Syria
India now joins that growing network.
By 2030, flyadeal plans to expand to more than 100 destinations and significantly increase its aircraft fleet, including the addition of larger Airbus A330 aircraft for longer international routes.
