Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Scholarship 2026 for International Students:

Applications are invited to apply for the Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Scholarship 2026 in Taiwan. All International students are welcome to apply for the academic scholarship program. The Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation is awarding distinguished academic scholarships to overseas Master’s and Doctoral candidates studying at Taiwanese universities. These scholarships are available for academic session of 2026-2027. Also, apply for King Abdullah University Scholarship 2026 in Saudi Arabia (Fully Funded).

This new fellowship, funded by the Rotary International Taiwan Foundation, intends to assist highly motivated international students in pursuing master’s or doctoral degrees while also promoting academic excellence and cultural exchange. The initiative helps young scholars do advanced research in Taiwan while also encouraging them to exemplify Rotary’s goal of service and peace. Aside from financial help, winners are encouraged to actively participate with the sponsoring Rotary Club, attend activities, and act as cultural ambassadors. Scholars will give at least one discussion or activity throughout their scholarship time and must submit study reports and impressions of Taiwan by the end of May 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation scholarship 2026, you must:

• Enroll as a master’s or doctoral student at a university in Taiwan.
• Must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
• Not be a Rotarian, a Rotarian’s direct descendant, or a Rotaractor.
• Do not hold another scholarship throughout the award time.
• Showcase academic brilliance, leadership potential, and community participation.

Application Deadline:

The last date to apply for the Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Scholarship 2026 for international students is 30th September 2025.

How to Apply for the Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Scholarship?

1. Please submit the necessary hard copy documentation in person to the International Admissions Division, Office of International Affairs, by the deadline.

2. This award is not in conflict with any other scholarships, such as the
   • NDHU award,
   • NDHU Southbound Scholarship,
   • NDHU Elite Scholarship,
   • NDHU Excellent PhD Scholarship,
   • MOE Elite Scholarship,
   • MOE Taiwan Scholarship, or
   • MOFA Taiwan Scholarship.
3. Applicants who pass the Rotary Foundation’s document evaluation process will be contacted individually for interviews. Those not chosen will not be notified.
