Eligibility Criteria:

Iranian students are given priority; however, if there are no qualified Iranian candidates, foreign applicants may also be taken into consideration.
In the last two years of their most recent academic program, applicants typically need to maintain first-class academic standing, which is comparable to a GPA over 3.7 on a 4.3 scale.
The grant is available to students engaged in or applying to doctoral programs, as well as individuals who have applied to a master’s program with a thesis.
Those who have not yet started their graduate degree or who are in the first year of a PhD at the time of application are given priority.
This scholarship is not available to students who are enrolled in a master’s program at the time of application.
