EPFL CYD Fellowships 2027 for International Students:
Applications are invited to apply for the EPFL CYD Fellowships 2027 in Switzerland. International applicants are welcome to apply. The Cyber-Defence (CYD) Campus in Switzerland and EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) together provide the fully funded EPFL CYD Fellowship 2027. It is a Cyber Defense Research Talent Program. This fellowship’s main goal is to enable people from all over the world to conduct research and create novel solutions in the fields of data science and security by fusing fundamental and practical cyber-defense. By combining fundamental and applied research in cyber-defense, CYD Fellowships aim to advance novel approaches to significant problems in the domains of data science and security.
CYD Fellowships are the talent initiatives for cyber-defense research. Candidates with exceptional academic and, if relevant, professional records are eligible for master’s thesis, doctoral, and distinguished postdoctoral grants. Excellence, as determined by academic records and professional achievements, is the main evaluation criterion for this extremely competitive program. 1) CYD Master Thesis Fellowships:
Through the CYD Master’s Thesis Fellowship, students can finish their master’s thesis at the CYD Campus by conducting six months of research. A professor or supervisor from a Swiss higher education institution is in charge of this research project.

The CYD Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellowships offer conference, research, and salary funding for up to two years. This helps fellows finish a research project at the CYD Campus while being supervised by a professor from a Swiss institution.
