Sokendai KEK Student Program 2026 for International Students:
Applications are invited to apply for the Sokendai KEK Student Program 2026 in Japan. This summer students program is available for international applicants. The summer program in Japan lasts for eight weeks. It will take place in June and August of 2026. International undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply for the Sokendai KEK Summer Program. Also apply for Global Minority Rights Summer School 2026 in Hungary (Fully Funded).

KEK, or the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, is one of the world’s major accelerator science research institutes based in Japan. KEK investigates the origins of the universe, the mysteries of matter, and the origins of life using synchrotron light sources and high-energy particle beams. SOKENDAI, the Graduate University for Advanced Studies, and the KEK IINAS-NX program will provide financial assistance for a significant portion of the curriculum.
Sokendai KEK Summer Student Program 2026 in Japan is fully funded for both Japanese and international students. This program allows students to participate in a research program under the guidance of the professors at KEK schools. The Japanese laboratory KEK has campuses in Tokai and Tsukuba.
