University of Hong Kong Summer Program 2026 for International Students:

Inviting bachelor’s and master’s students to work on a research project under the guidance of HKU faculty is the goal of the HKU Summer Research Program. Internships are available in numerous programs. Candidates are not required to take an English language test. Applicants will have the opportunity to network with other Summer Fellows from around the world and participate in extracurricular activities during the program.
The University of Hong Kong (HKU) is a public institution located in Hong Kong. It was founded in 1887 as the Hong Kong College of Medicine for Chinese by the London Missionary Society and officially changed its name to the University of Hong Kong in 1911. It is Hong Kong’s oldest postsecondary institution. According to the QS World University Rankings 2026, HKU was placed #1 in Asia and #11 globally.
