Financial Benefits:
The gross annual amount of a Politecnico di Torino PhD Scholarship for the A.Y. 2025/26 is €18,854.52, including social security contributions charged to the scholarship recipient. The net monthly rate is €1,386.00 (unless welfare rates change). Scholarship recipients are exempted from paying the local income tax and the personal income tax (IRPEF).
Available positions are divided into:
- Ordinary positions
- Fully financed PhD opportunities with individual research topics.
- Fully financed PhD jobs with established research topics.
- PhD opportunities are offered on an apprenticeship basis.
- PhD opportunities without scholarships.
- Reserved positions
- PhD positions are allocated for students who obtain government or public-sector scholarships and are qualified for admission.
- PhD positions are reserved for Research Fellows and offered under the PoliTo for Refugees Project.
Some Positions are allocated for individuals selected by special boards as part of specific international projects in which Politecnico di Torino participates.

Eligibility Criteria:
