How to apply for CIPS Youth Future Summit?
1. Complete the Online Application
Fill in your personal details and answer two short motivational questions about your vision and impact.

Your application will be carefully reviewed by an independent selection board, assessing leadership, innovation, and commitment to global challenges. Competition is highly competitive.
3. Notification & Confirmation
Successful candidates are notified via email and must confirm their seat to secure their funded place.

1. What is the application deadline?
The deadline to submit your application for all categories is December 05, 2025. Make sure to apply before this date to be considered.
2. How many seats are available?
The Summit offers 30 fully funded seats, 40 partially funded seats, plus guaranteed participation for Summit Pass and Self-Sponsored categories.
3. Who is eligible to apply?
Applicants aged 17 to 46 from around the world are eligible. Students, young professionals, youth leaders, entrepreneurs, and media professionals are all encouraged to apply.
4. Can I apply for both Fully Funded and Partially Funded categories?
Yes! You can apply for both. Your application will be considered for both categories independently, according to the selection criteria. If you apply for only one category, you will only be considered for that category.
5. What is included in the Summit Pass and Self-Sponsored participation?
- Summit Pass: Access to all sessions, workshops, UN and CERN visits, meals, visa support, Accommodation and airfare are not included.
- Self-Sponsored: Full access including accommodation, local transport, meals, visa support, UN and CERN visits, merchandise, and the Future Leaders Challenge. Airfare is not included.
6. Is Summit Pass and Self-Sponsored participation guaranteed?
Yes. Participation is guaranteed. Once payment is completed, you will receive confirmation from the summit team.
7. What is the selection process for the funded categories?
Funded applications are reviewed by an independent selection board based on leadership potential, innovation, commitment to global issues, and communication skills. Selection is highly competitive.
8. Is English proficiency required?
No formal proficiency is required. Participants should have a basic understanding of English to engage in sessions and activities.
9. Will visa support be provided?
Yes. Visa support letters and guidance are included for all categories that require it. Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self-Sponsored participants will receive assistance. Summit Pass participants will also receive visa support letters.
11. Can I change my participation category after applying?
Applications are reviewed based on the category selected. Changes after submission may not be accommodated, so please choose your category carefully.
12. What happens after my application is accepted?
Selected participants will receive confirmation instructions along with details for travel, accommodation, visa support, and pre-summit resources to prepare for the Geneva experience.
13. Are there any age or professional requirements?
No specific professional background is required — we welcome diversity in experience, expertise, and perspectives. The age range is 18–46 years.
14. What happens if I need to cancel my participation?
Cancellation policies vary by category. Fully Funded and Partially Funded participants should notify the summit team immediately. Summit Pass and Self-Sponsored participants will be refunded according to CIPS refund policy.
15. How will participants be notified of selection?
All selected participants will be notified via email, with instructions to confirm their participation and access pre-summit guidance.
16: What does the Visa Invitation Letter package include?
A: For $99, you will receive an official visa invitation letter, a checklist of required visa documents, visa support, and embassy support on request. This package is for delegates who are arranging their own travel and accommodation. If you later upgrade to summit pass or self-sponsored participation, this cost will be fully adjusted in it.
